In this course students receive information and practice on:
* WiMAX Technical Overview
* relevant configuration parameters related to Subscriber Station (SS) equipment
* SS installation & troubleshooting using pertinent data from WiMAX system tools

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisite courses to this course. It is helpful if the student has some general experience in telecommunications or data communications equipment and basic wireless concepts.

Key Topics:
|
This course gives all necessary training and testing to Tier 1 Call Center (desk/phone support) Technicians – those who are the front line to the subscriber base for answering trouble calls, creating trouble tickets, and performing minimum troubleshooting screening. Students are challenged with real-world applications and problems they must resolve. Students are tested with written questions and hands-on labs at the end of the day. This course is being taught using Profile C network devices, software, and tools.
