This program gives all necessary training and testing to Tier 2 Field Engineers who deal with issues involving all Cisco Mobile WiMAX Profile C system elements. Structured labs and troubleshooting techniques are employed throughout the week. Case studies provide real-world opportunities for decision-making and problem resolution using WiMAX system tools, i.e., the WiMAX Diagnostics Tool, WiMAX-specific IOS commands, log audits, BWX Modem Diagnostics tool, monitoring, etc. Students are tested with written questions and hands-on labs on the last day.
