Overview: This one-day instructor-led hands-on lab will provide IT Professionals a broad awareness and understanding of the new features and tools of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
Audience: This hands-on lab is intended for current Messaging IT Professionals and generalists wanting to learn more about Exchange Server 2007. Students must be familiar with messaging technologies and have at least 6 months of experience using either Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003.
Skills Gained: After completing this Lab, students will be able to:

• Verify a successful Exchange Server 2007 installation
• Administer an Exchange Server 2007 organization using the Exchange Management Console

Prerequisites: Before attending this lab, students must:

• Work regularly with Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003
• Work regularly with Microsoft Windows Server 2000 or Windows Server 2003
• Work regularly with Active Directory directory service
• Possess fundamental networking knowledge and experience
• Possess fundamental Windows Server 2003 knowledge and experience

In addition, it is recommended, but not required, that students have completed:
